Black Authority Figures

People don't seem to respect black authority figures. When I was in the navy there was always an extremely mean rumor about some one who was black. I always heard stories avoid the master chief at my training command. Then when I got on the Chafee I heard a rumor about how all the black officers in my training command were stupid and you didn't hear the same about any one else. And the master chief on my ship I kept hearing rumors about how stupid he was too. You don't hear that about any one else on the ship.
