The Military is a white boys play ground

I don't get why white males complain about affirmative action when they have the military to fall back on and that's not true for any one else. They let any one in the military and majority rules there. So its extremely easy for a white person to make it. Females and minorities on the other hand are constantly hazed and harassed. This also makes it easy for easy for white males to make it after they graduate college because they can join as an officer. There ratio of female and minority officers to white males in the military is much lower than it is for the enlisted side. On top of that due to racism and sexism in the military its much harder find examples of successful Females and minorities in the military. Then after you get kicked out of the military you get black listed for being a veteran which is more worse for females and minorities.
