Theese fusion centers are illegally spying on american citizens. This could be use for anything such as racial attacks or attacks on families with disabilities. They have now over site so therefore any one could bribe them to collect information on other citizens. Therefore not even the president, courts or congress has control over these institutions. They need to be abolished right now

While the ex-district attorney admits a defendant has an absolute right to obtain information possessed by the Fusion Center that is inconsistent with their guilt, he fears the Michael Morton Act will allow agencies to begin “fishing expeditions” which could result in access to information the Fusion Center prefers to keep private. 

Any one can come in and make up story to steal information from these centers so we don't even know who's using the information and it could be abused by pranksters who know how the institution really works.

In some cases where probable cause does not exist, police have been known to create it.

They are using rumors created by these fusion centers as reason to attack american citizens.

The relationship between “wall off” and “parallel construction” seems to be very similar and equally controversial in that the defendant and his legal team are unable to adequately defend their case because “they cannot know to ask to review potential sources of exculpatory evidence – information that could reveal entrapment, mistakes or biased witnesses,” reported Reuters.

These fusion centers make it impossible for an innocent person to defend themselves against the government.

Under this definition nearly anyone in the private business sector could potentially access Fusion Center reports, including large financial institutions. 

The private sector is using these institutions to attack any one that disagrees with them. The private sector also has access to reports from these fusion centers so they could use this information to control other people for financial gain with no over site. No one really know's what the private sector is really using this information for but due to how American rich people are we should not trust them with our privacy and security. We need more over site of these institution. Any one could be working for these institutions and they could be using them for personal and economic gain. This is another way corporation steal your tax dollars and use it to attack american citizens.
